We are delighted to announce the adoption of the Special Resolution (full text below) proposed at the General Meeting Tuesday 17 April 2018.
The resolution to adopt the proposed articles was passed unanimously, with 17 votes for (including one proxy vote) and no votes against.
The new Articles can be found on our website, alongside the Society’s new Regulations and the Trustees Report and Consolidated Financial Statement 2017.
Resolution:
It is hereby resolved by way of special resolution that the draft Articles of Association attached hereto be and are hereby approved and adopted as the Articles of Association of the Company in substitution for and to the exclusion of all existing Articles of Association of the Company.
