Please note the BSH cannot give advice about individual cases. We are unable to recommend a doctor for a referral/consultation or to provide expert witnesses.

Patients looking for further information on their condition are advised to speak to their healthcare providers, who are best placed to answer specific questions.

Patients may also be able to get information from their patient support groups. Some of which can be found here.

How to make a complaint?

If you have a concern or complaint about BSH, please use either of the contact methods listed below to share this with us and we will do our best to resolve the issue. To find out more about how we handle complaints please view our complaints policy

Please note BSH cannot handle complaints about haematology professionals who are not volunteering or working under the auspices of BSH. The regulator for UK medical professionals, the GMC (General Medical Council), provides details of how to raise a concern about a doctor.
