Here’s what’s special about Cohort 4:

✅ Expanded regional and workforce coverage: more regions and workforce groups are eligible, emphasising that AI is a multidisciplinary responsibility.
✅ Workforce strategy: Recognised in the NHS Long Term Workforce Plan and supported by the NHS Digital Academy, this Fellowship is a critical initiative for preparing the workforce of tomorrow...a critical step to achieving the system impact of the evolving missions of the healthcare system.
